A 19th century French Napoleon III period, Louis XVI style, nicely faded flame mahogany demilune card table, standing on tapering legs with brass caps, the hinged top opening to reveal an oval card-playing surface with cross-banded edges, fitted with an old baize fabric. When closed, this card table turns into a shallow-depth console table. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
