A 19th century French Napoleon III period ebonised timber music sheet stand, the finely-turned uprights holding six shelves, the space between the lower ones fitted with compartments for loose sheet music. Please note the pediment decorated with a carved and fretted lyre and with foliate motifs. Retaining the original caster wheels. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
