A fine Parisian Ceiling Light

An early 20th century, Louis XVI style, Maison Jansen design ceiling light of six arms decorated with elegantly scrolled arms, the finely cast and chased silvered brass with a jewellery-like quality. Retaining its original ceiling-cup and an excellent and soft metal colour. Area of Paris, circa 1930.

Please note: this item is due in Melbourne in mid 2026.

Condition report: In very good and original condition, requiring to be wired to Australian safety standards.

Dimensions: Diameter 55 cm, height 60 cm plus chain and cup. Please enquire if you need a specific drop from your ceiling for this light.
