A fine, 19th century Classic French Louis XVI style gilt brass and cut crystal 'cage' chandelier of eight lights, of a suitable size for a drawing room or a larger bedroom, this chandelier is decorated with large-size shaped and cut crystal drops, and with 'poignard' crystal obelisks. The pediment in the shape of a crown with swags of crystal beads, each of the eight arms fitted with finely cut crystal drip-trays. A crystal 'poignard' obelisk is fitted between every two lights.
