A Florentine Crystal Chandelier

An early 20th century Italian gilt metal and crystal chandelier, each of the six arms retaining the original cut crystal drip trays and decorated with faceted teardrop crystals and with 'macaroni' crystal bead chains. Please note the elegance of the elegance of the chandelier's 'cage' structure, decorated with crystal beads. Attributed to Banci, the renown Florentine manufacturer of lighting. Area of Florence, circa 1930.

Condition report: In good and fully restored condition, rewired to Australian safety standards using gold silk electrical cords.

Dimensions: Diameter 45 cm, height 70 cm plus chain and ceiling cup. Overall height 110 cm. Please enquire if you require more or less of a 'drop' from your ceiling.
