A French Empire style finely cast and gilt brass ceiling light, the rim decorated with finely-etched patterns, fitted externally with six sconce lights in the shape of foliate scrolls and "mascheroni" motifs. Retaining its original, arrow-shaped hanging-rods and ceiling cup. Area of Paris, circa 1930.

Condition report: Complete and in excellent condition, newly rewired to Australian safety standards using gold silk electrical cords.
Dimensions: 54cm diameter, 80cm high. Chain can be added to lengthen the drop if desired.
