A French Gothic Chandelier

A 19th century French Provincial wrought iron Gothic style chandelier of wonderful character and workmanship, composed of a hexagonal faceted body decorated with intertwined strap-work, the hexagon fitted with six external lights on sconces. This light hangs from the original iron chains. Area of Isle de France (Greater Paris), circa 1880.

Condition report: In excellent and original condition. Fully rewired to Australian safety standards.
Dimensions: Diameter 55 cm, height including chains and tole cup 80 cm. Please let us know if you require a specific drop from your ceiling for this light and our workshop can do this sympathetically.
