A French Giltwood Chandelier

A French Louis XVI style carved and gilded six light chandelier of good size and proportions. The gilding is nicely worn and of good, faded colour. Please note the influence of the Art Deco style in the arms and the baluster. Area of Greater Paris, circa 1930.
