A fine, early 20th century French turned and silver-plated Champagne bucket, a type used in French restaurants for chilling simultaneously several bottles of wine and Champagne. Decorated with finely cast and chased lions' heads handles, the top moulding has raised patterns and scalloped edges. Provenance: The 'Hotel Golf Barriere', Deauville.
