A set of ten 19th century, French Napoleon III period wine glasses of fine quality, the generous sized bowls decorated with water-wheel cuts, standing on elegant baluster-turned pedestals and large plinths. The underside of the plinths show the pincer marks of the glassblower. Area of Isle de France (Greater Paris), circa 1860.
