An 18th century French repouseed brass brass cooking pot retaining its large forged steel carrying handle. Please note the rivets of its early construction and the character gained from generations of use. Area of Normandy, circa 1780.

Please note: This brass pot would make a wonderful champagne and wine ice bucket.

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing surface wear in keeping with its age.
