A vintage, brutalist design 1950s French coffee table made from a cross-section of an elm tree's trunk, standing on three sturdy legs. Having been cut from the base of the tree, near the roots, the top has a wonderful burl pattern in the grain and an intricate texture on the edges. Area of Paris, circa 1950.
