A pair of Bronze Cherubs Candelabra

A pair of mid 19th century French Napoleon III period 'statuette' table lamps, each in the shape of a finely cast, solid bronze 'Amour' cherub holding up a bronze candle sconce, and sitting on mounds of rocks and ferns. Each cherub statuette stands on a turned black marble plinth. Fitted with parchment style lampshades. Area of Paris, circa 1870.

Price is for the pair, including lampshades.

Condition report: In very good and original condition. Rewired to Australian safety standards using gold coloured silk wiring and cord-switches.
Dimensions: Height to lightbulb holders 25 cm.
