A French Napoleon III period gilt mantle mirror, the fine gilt pastille-work frame decorated with delicate haut-relief trellises of flowers and with a 'Cartouche' finial on the pediment. Retaining the original mirror plate. Please note the excellent proportions and the fine workmanship. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
