A pair of mid 20th century French gilt wrought iron and tole-work, three-light Maison Jansen design wall lights decorated as bouquets of wheat stalks tied together by a wire rope. In France, this design of light is referred to as a 'Coco Chanel' light, deriving from the original 'wheat sheaf' coffee table designed by Salvador Dali, for Coco Chanel's Parisian apartment. Area of Paris, circa 1960.
