A 19th century French Napoleon III period, Louis XVI style gilt bronze table light, decorated with finely cast and chased stylised foliate motifs, rams' heads, swags and hooves, standing on a plinth decorated with Neoclassical Ancient Greek mouldings. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
