An early 20th century French table lamp decorated with a finely cast and chased, gilt brass branch with leaves and flowers, standing on a Sevres style porcelain plinth decorated with delicate hand painted flowers and gilt borders. Retaining its original pleated, oval silk lampshade. Area of Paris, circa 1930.

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, a repairable chip on the porcelain plinth. The lampshade is in usable condition. Fully rewired to Australian safety standards, using gold silk electrical cords and a cord-switch.
Dimensions: Lampshade 39 x 22 cm, overall height 50 cm.
