An18th century Italian carved and gilt Candelabrum decorated with Neoclassical geometrical patterns including acanthus foliate motifs, twist-gadrooning and oval medallions. Later electrified and fitted with a timber and wax candle.Area of Tuscany, circa 1780.

Condition report: In good and original condition, showing surface wear in keeping with its age. Fully rewired to Australian safety standards using gold silk cords and cord switch.
Dimensions: Height to lightbulb holder 60 cm.
