A fine French Louis XVI style gilt brass and crystal 'cage' chandelier of nine lights (plus three internal lights), fitted with 'Poignards' (crystal turrets) and decorated with several tiers of shaped and waterwheel-cut crystals drops. Retaining its original and large water wheel cut crystal plinth ball and its original ceiling cup. Area of Paris, circa 1900.

Condition report: Complete and in very good and original condition, rewired to Australian safety standards using silk electrical cords.
