A 19th century French Louis XVI style carved and turned mahogany and boxwood inlaid writing table of three drawers, the top fitted with with its original embossed and gilt edge leather and framed by a raised moulding on three edges. This writing table is finished on all four sides, and can stand in the centre of a room. Retaining its original lock and key. Area of Paris, circa 1880.
