A set of 10 French Art Deco period blown and etched glass Champagne 'coupes', the bowls decorated with etched stars and with line patterns, above simple stems and plinths. As opposed to drinking from Champagne flutes, the coupes (supposedly modelled on Marie Antoinette's anatomy) offer up Champagne bubbles, so that they tickle one's nose. Area of Paris, circa 1930.
