A Vintage French Atlas Globe-Bar Cabinet

A vintage, mid 20th century French bar-cabinet in the shape of a floor-standing and rotating Atlas globe, the globe and the globe-stand decorated with applied prints of old maps, constellations and zodiac signs. The globe opens up on a sturdy hinge to reveal a rotating internal shelf with compartments for bottles and glasses. Please note: this is an unusually large bar cabinet, with extra space on the top and also an area for storing bottles in the base. Area of Paris, circa 1960.
