A set of four 18th century French Louis XVI period chairs, the 'a la Reine' shaped backs decorated with painted and gilded crossed arrows and with a central patera, the ample upholstered seats above 'Jacob' design tapering and fluted legs. Please note the wonderful, original and nicely worn finish of the painted and gilded surfaces. Area of Paris, circa 1780.

Condition report: In good, as found condition. Please enquire with our workshop regarding what conservation work may be required.
Dimensions: Width 50 cm, depth 45 cm, height to top of backrests 92 cm. Height of seats from floor 44 cm.
