A French Jardiniere Planter-Box

A large and very fine early 20th century, French Art Nouveau period, finely cast and chased and silvered metal jardiniere planter box, richly decorated with stylised foliate scrollwork. Note the beautiful, well-worn patina. A bottle of wine has been placed inside it to give an idea of its large proportions. Area of Paris, circa 1900.

Condition report: In excellent, used condition.
