A large French provincial baluster-shaped table lamp, the woven-wire with a painted finish which is nicely worn and has with some faint rust colour coming through. Fitted with a purpose made, stitched parchment lampshade. Area of France, circa 1960. 

Condition report: In good and restored condition, rewired to Australian safety standards using black silk electrical cords with a cord-switch.
Dimensions: Diameter of shade 50 cm, height to lightbulb holder 52 cm, overall height 81 cm.
