A fine 19th century Parisian Louis XVI style, gilt brass Salon Chandelier of six lights, decorated with cut-crystal drops and interspersed with 'pencil' cut crystals and with crystal bead chains, each light retaining its original shaped and cut crystal 'drip' tray, its original plinth ball and the original chain and ceiling cup. Of wonderful proportions and with an elegant, central crystal baluster. The metal of the arms has a wonderful, original patination. Area of Paris, circa 1880.

Condition report: Complete and in excellent condition, fully re-wired to Australian safety standards using gold silk electrical cords.
Dimensions: Diameter 52 cm, height 75 cm, current overall drop 110 cm. Please enquire if you need a different 'drop' from your ceiling.
