A fine, mid 19th century French Napoleon III period, Louis XVI style flame mahogany and brass-mounted two-door bookcase, internally fitted with adjustable-height shelves. Please note the fine quality and the elegance of the gilt brass mouldings and the inlayed pattern on the pediment, which are offset against the polished mahogany timbers. Retaining the original glass panels. Paris, circa 1860.
