An elegant, 19th century French Louis XV style, finely carved beechwood 'Fauteuil à la Reine' armchair of excellent design and generous proportions, the broadness making it very comfortable to sit on. Area of Paris, circa 1880.

Condition report: In very good and original, unrestored condition. The old fabric is in good condition and has now been steam cleaned.

Dimensions: Width 66 cm, depth 60 cm, height of seat from floor 41 cm, height of backrest 94 cm.
