A pair of well-proportioned 19th century French Napoleon III period, Louis XV style carved solid beechwood upholstered armchairs fitted with over-filled feather cushions. Please note the simple and harmonious proportions and the finely carved mouldings and decorations. The proportions of this pair of armchairs make them exceptionally comfortable to sit on. Area of Paris, circa 1870.

Condition report: In good and original condition, showing wear suitable for their age. The fabric is in very good condition.
Dimensions: Width 65 cm, depth 60 cm, height of back rests 95 cm, height of seats from floor 47 cm.
