A large and comfortable French Regence style, carved solid walnut 'Os de Mouton' armchair decorated with elegantly sweeping arms, standing on finely carved legs joined by shaped 'H' stretcher bases. Please note the beautiful sweep of the armrests and the quality of the nicely-burnished timber surfaces. Area of Paris, circa 1880.

Condition report: In good and original condition, the recently upholstered fabric in good condition.
