An elegant, mid 18th century French Louis XV period, finely carved beechwood 'Fauteuil à la Reine' armchair of excellent design and generous proportions, and very comfortable to sit on. Area of Paris, circa 1750.

This item due to arrive in Melbourne around the end of 2025.

Condition report: In very good and original, unrestored condition.

Dimensions: Width 65 cm, depth 52 cm, height of seat from floor 41 cm, height of backrest 95 cm.
