A late 19th century French Louis XVI style carved walnut desk armchair retaining a nicely faded patination. The elegantly curved backrest complements its simple, Neoclassical design. Fitted with finely a woven rattan seat and back. Lightweight and very comfortable to sit in. Area of Paris, circa 1880.
