Two large French Romanesque style plaster wall cornices, the facades decorated with haut-relief carved grapes and grapevines, interspersed with whimsical birds. Provenance: the vaulted cellars of the 'Musée du Vin' in Paris in the 16th arrondissement, which is currently closed for renovations. Please note the photos of the interiors of the museum, prior to restorations. These cornices can be used in full weather and will make wonderful garden decorations. Area of Paris, circa 1880.
Please note: price is for each cornice.
