An elegant and large French Aubusson style carpet with a typical central medallion and large borders, and decorated with stylised floral patterns in tones of old greens, pale yellows and Siena against a dark blue, almost black background. Purchased locally in Melbourne, this carpet originally came from a Hali store.
Condition report: In excellent, unrestored condition.
