An elegant French wrought iron and finely cast brass Patisserie Table, (also known as a “Table de Boucher”), the original moulded edge marble top above a scrollwork base decorated with large brass paterae. These tables were commonly used as centrepieces in French bakeries and in butchers' shops, to display special products on. Area of Paris, circa 1900.

Condition report: In good and original condition. The original marble top with old, well-made reinforcement work on the underside.

Dimensions: 88 x 43 cm, height 75 cm.
