A pair of 'Fishel' Art Deco Bistro Tables

A pair of early 20th century Czechoslovakian Art Deco period, cast iron bistro tables, the Modernist bases stamped by 'Fishel', the famous manufacturer known also for their Thonet style bentwood furniture. Each table fitted with a circular Carrara marble top, honed, not polished. Originally used in a French bistro, these tables are suitable for indoor use, and also for all-year use in an outdoor garden setting. Area of Niemes, Czechoslovakia, circa 1930.
