A pair of vintage French Maison Jansen design eglomise mirrors fitted into gilt frames, the surfaces of the mirrors in the Venetian style, with fine hand-painted gilt foliate scroll-work, the gilt patterns on these mirrors hand-painted onto the rear of the glass prior to the mirrors' silvering. Area of Paris, circa 1960.
