A 19th century Austrian Biedermeier style walnut chest of four drawers, the façade decorated simply and with a masculine character - which emphasises the patterns of the woodgrain. Fitted with brass 'shield' key escutcheons and retaining its original locks. Area of Austria, circa 1840.
