A lot of early 20th century French "cat's tongue" absinthe spoons, the perforated troughs for holding a sugar cube (on which cold water was poured, to sweeten the absinthe). The kinks on the handles are there to secure a spoon to the rim of an absinthe glass. Area of Paris, circa 1880 to 1930.
