A watercoloured print depicting a reclining, naked "Venus" with an attendant Amour, a reprint of a subject typical of the works by François Boucher (Paris 1703 - 1770). The print has the original inscription, a dedication to the "receiver of public monies, Monsieur Bergeret". Fitted into an a period gilt frame. Area of Paris, circa 1930.
