A pair of  French Louis XV style "Fauteuil" armchairs, the back-rests and the seats fitted with finely woven rattran cane, standing on elegant Cabriole legs. The chairs' seats are tall enough to sit at a table or at a desk. Area of Paris, circa 1880.

Please note: this pair of armchairs comes with tie-on cushions, the fabric in good and usable condition.

Condition report: In good and original, used condition, showing some surface wear in keeping with age and use. The woven cane in good condition.
Dimensions: Width 57 cm, depth 51 cm, height of backrest 80 cm.
