A large-sized French Art Deco screen made on the original design by Finnish architect Alvar Aalto (1898-1976), the fine pitch pine slats held together by internal steel wires, allowing this screen to be flexible and adaptable, and to be standing upright with a wave-like shape. One of the ends with the maker's brass tag, "SNSA". Area of Paris, circa 1930.
