A French Louis XV/ Louis XVI Transitional style 'Armoirette' cupboard, the parquetry inlaid kingwood front and flanks with a wonderfully faded colour, retaining the original gilt brass escutcheon and plinth mount. The dark grey painted interior is fitted with adjustable height shelves. Retaining its original, moulded edge 'Gris St. Anne' marble top. Area of Paris, circa 1900.
