A fine and elegant Parisian Louis XVI style painted Bergere wing-back armchair, of wonderful Neoclassical design, designed to be fitted with a separate down feather seat cushion for extra comfort. Note the very fine quality of the frame’s hand-carved Neoclassical patterns and mouldings. Area of Paris, circa 1870.

Condition report: In good and un-restored condition.
