An 18th century French "Boiserie" Panelling

A large, early 18th century French Regence period carved and painted "Boiserie" panelling, originally destined for above a fireplace, the Classical facade with an arched pediment, the center with an oval opening (for a painting or a mirror, now missing). Area of Paris, circa 1720.

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing surface wear in keeping with its age. A moulding missing at the plinth. On request, our workshop is able to source an antique mirror to fit the oval.
