A pair of French Balcony Grilles

A pair of 19th century French Napoleon III period cast iron balcony grilles, each decorated with stylised foliate and with geometric scroll patterns. Please note the quality and crispness of the ironwork, cast in the one single throw of cast iron. Area of Paris, circa 1860.

Our workshop can build to measure traditional French “cache-radiateur”, long and narrow console tables using these grilles. For examples of a similar console please see attached photo.
