A French Louis XV Commode Bombee

A fine Louis XV style solid pear wood and walnut serpentine-fronted Provencale Commode Bombee of excellent proportions, the timbers well-burnished and with a pale patina. Note the good quality of the original gilt bronze mounts and the Versailles parquetry top. Southern France, early 20th century.

Condition report: In excellent, fully restored condition. The drawers retaining the old fabric lining.
