A 19th century French draper's and tailor's work table, the solid oak top fitted with bread-ends, standing on four baluster-turned legs supporting a sturdy, lower platform-shelf. A shallow drawer retaining its original cast iron handle is fitted to the centre of front rail. Area of Isle de France (Greater Paris), circa 1880.
Please note, this table can be used as an entrance hall table, but also as a kitchen island workbench.
