A set of ten French Wine glasses
A set of ten early 19th century French blown glass wine glasses, the elegantly tapered cylindrical bowls hand-blown, standing on simple baluster-turned stems. These wine glasses show their wonderful hand-made character with 'wobbly glass, and their slightly uneven shapes and heights. The underside of the plinths show the pincer marks of the glassblower. Area of Normandy, circa 1820.
