A set of four French Wine glasses
A set of four early 19th century French blown glass wine glasses, the elegantly tapered cylindrical with faceted bowls, hand-blown, standing on simple baluster-turned stems. These wine glasses show their wonderful hand-made character with ‘wobbly glass, and their slightly uneven shapes and heights. The underside of the plinths show the pincer marks of the glassblower. Area of Normandy, circa 1810.

Condition report: In good and original condition, the glass surfaces slightly dulled by use.
